The stabilization grants were funded through the federal American Rescue
Plan Act (ARPA). ARPA provided more than $120 million in relief for Delaware’s childcare
industry.

The Delaware Early Education and Child Care Stabilization program was funded by
the Federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) via the Delaware Division of Social Services and
the Delaware Department of Education.
