Individualized Professional Development iPD Portfolio

The iPD Portfolio, created by the Office of Head Start, is designed to facilitate ongoing professional development for early childhood educators. The iPD portfolio offers free, online, self-paced courses to support continuous learning and development, ensuring that infant/toddler and preschool educators are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills in their field. Educators are able to print certificates to document completed coursework, and courses can be used towards your annual training hours for licensing in Delaware. Access iPD courses here.

The Office of Early Learning (OEL) has prepared a chart to guide you in accessing iPD trainings similar to the others formerly available through DEPDNow.

To register for an ECLKC (iPD) account, follow these steps. Login Assistance | ECLKC (hhs.gov)
