Family Child Care Technical Assistants

Technical Assistance: Each family child care educator will work with a technical assistant throughout their quality improvement journey. Our technical assistants have a vast knowledge of child development and will provide support to FCC educators with goal-setting, selecting strategies to support selected goals, and accessing relevant resources and supports.

Family Child Care Professional Development Coordinators

Professional Development Coordinator: FCC educators have the opportunity to build on their skills with a variety of learning opportunities facilitated by a professional development coordinator. Many of the professional development sessions will be followed up with extended implementation support.
